Bought it for my 19 yr old son who was experiencing anxiety and insomnia. He tried it for a few nights and didn't like it because it got too hot. Ended up on the floor so I decided to use it. Great to cover my legs and feet. If I cover my arms and torso, it's too restrictive. Takes extra effort to breathe. The only con is it slides off the bed easily.
