It was very straight forward to assemble and my son has had a wonderful time decorating it with lights, and blankets, making it a real fort! I also like that it's on the ground: there's no space for dust to get underneath and it's very easy to get in and out for toddlers/young ones... also great in case they fall off the bed :-)
